Spend ten days in the Himalayan foothills deepening your yoga and meditation practice while experiencing everyday life in Nepal. Designed for 14–25 year olds, this retreat combines daily yoga, mindfulness, and simple mountain living near Kathmandu to help students reset, reflect, and return with practical tools for wellbeing. Alongside asana and meditation, students join light plogging clean‑ups along mountain trails and riverbanks, connecting personal growth with climate action.
Duration Options: 10 days, 9 nights (custom cohorts for school groups available).

This 10-day program in Rwanda combines early childhood education, healthcare support, environmental action, and youth empowerment with Rwanda’s powerful story of recovery and resilience. Students stay at a lakeside resort on Lake Kivu, volunteer with Youth Uplift Initiative programs, and explore how compassion can be turned into action through community-led projects.

This 14-day programme is based on Ilha de Moçambique, a UNESCO World Heritage island where volunteers support a community centre for children while engaging in permaculture, environmental action, and creative education. Students live close to the Heartseed centre, help run daily activities for around 60 children, and experience the island’s unique mix of African, Arab, Portuguese and Indian influences.
